Britain Leaves EU Single Market by Year's End

Great Britain will leave the single European Union market and customs union at the end of the year, despite the outcome of the talks, and companies must prepare for that, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson's spokesman said today.

“We will continue to approach strategies constructively and work hard to reach an agreement, but despite the outcome of the negotiations, we will leave the single market and customs union at the end of the year,” said the spokesman, broadcast Reuters.
