Bajrami says it is illegal to publish unconfirmed indictment against Thaci and Wessel

The prosecutor made it known that the publication of the indictment has been made since there was sufficient evidence that Ksoova President Hashim Thaci and Ksoova's head PDK, Kadri Wessel, have tried to sabotage the work of the Special Court. But Bajrami says the move has been unfair.

Bajrami says that disciplinary procedure could be initiated against the prosecutor in question.

In the rules of procedure, it is quite clear that an unconfirmed indictment cannot be made public, and furthermore, the announcement of the publication for its existence is a valid basis for this prosecutor to initiate disciplinary procedure for flagrant violation of the Ethic Code, an act adopted by these judicial institutions as well.
