But from Monday, Kosovars can move freely to Albania.
This was after the fourth meeting of the Hoti Government, held Sunday, decided to open the border with Albania, following measures taken against the coronary virus.
At this meeting, this decision was even long appreciated.
An apology was also asked.
Even Minister of Labour and Social Management Skender Recica said that Pristina reports Tirana deteriorated just in time.
Meanwhile, such a decision seems to have been welcomed by citizens.
And they say, despite the virus, even this year they plan to spend holidays on Albanian beaches.
But there are others who say they will still wait for such a decision.
And for the opening of borders, the Vetevendosje Movement has reacted.
Former Interior Minister Jelal Svecla has said that the border with Albania has never been closed.
In the end, Svecla has said he understands the embarrassment of losing parties, which, according to him, desperately want to attack Vetevendosje Movement.
