The large number of wandering dogs on the streets of Kosovo cities has often presented problems for citizens and on certain occasions.
Some cities have also had victims and children bitten by dogs.
A case of attack by wandering dogs occurred Monday in the capital's Emshire Quarter.
F. Gashi, has indicated that it was attacked by a bunch of dogs, from whom there are also bite marks.
Gashi has said he has received medical treatment, the vaccine against the rage.
Meanwhile, she expresses concern about their number in the capital, saying it is not the first time she has encountered them.
He has also said he has filed complaints in the Pristina municipality, but has not been taken into account on the “pretext we have nowhere to leave”.
I've felt threatened before, as there's often on the streets, wandering. I experienced horror when I was attacked by a bunch of dogs. I went to the municipality and filed a complaint, but it didn't matter to me”, Gashi said.
In the case, Telegrafi has sent questions to the Pristina municipality, but has not yet received answers.
Otherwise, the killing of wandering dogs as the previous practice of Pristina's Municipal Assembly in 2011 had sparked numerous reactions among citizens and the Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms.
About 300 wanderers had been eliminated at the time.
In Pristina there are considered to be about 3,000 stray dogs, while throughout Kosovo their number reportedly totals 200 thousand, according to a report made by the Food and Veterina Agency years ago.
