Arrest sought for extradition from Italy allegedly committed serious murder 18 years ago

18 years earlier, exactly on September 9, 2002, a person had committed serious murder.

And now, after 18 years, Ferizaj's Constitutional Prosecutor is seeking custody for the suspected person who was extradited from Italy after having international warrants and detained at the Hana border of Elez on Sunday, writes news.

There is no one under suspicion of criminal acts “attempted murder” and “grave murder”

Ferizaj, June 01th 2020-The Foundation Prosecutor at Ferizaj, announces public opinion that on May 31, 2020, at 16:30, at the prosecutor's order, he has stopped for 48 hours, a (1) person from Hani of Elez.

The same has been arrested under international arrest warrants and extradited by Italy to Kosovo, under suspicion that by September 09th 2002, it has committed the attempted criminal work “Vuicide” and “grave murder” under the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.

While, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizaj, today, towards the same, will apply for the appointment of the detention measure at the Foundation Court in Ferizaj.
