Armendi Zemaj was born on September 13th 1976 in Decani, Kosovo is deputy from the ranks of the Democratic League of Kosovo in the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo since 2008.
It's a graduate, and it's a third degree graduate, a master of law science, guidance: international law enforcement, law faculty, University of Pristina.
From 2004 to 2007, he worked at the Ministry of Economics and Finance as head of the Foreign Public Debt Division, the Country Manager for Planning and Analysis, as well as management for training and development at MF.
There have also been training and professional programs like: The Programme for Training and Development at the American University in Kosovo financed by Bearing Point (USAID), Pristina Political School (PIPS) with programme by the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, the School for European Integration funded by the Kosovar Civil Society Foundation (KCSF) in co-operation with the Kosovo Foundation for Open Society (KFOS) and many professional training from the field of justice and financial field.
Zemaj is married and has three children and lives in Pristina. Aside from the native language speaks English and Serbian-Croat.
