These were announced by Minister of Education and Science Rame Likaj, at the Commission for Education, Science, Technology, Innovation, Kultur, Youth and Sports, where it was discussed with regard to remote learning organisation during the pandemic period.
Minister Likaj said participation of students in online learning has been satisfactory.
The online learning participation has been enjoyable, with 89.4 percent of students covered with distance instruction. Some of the students didn't have technology and didn't have a TV signal where long-term instruction was broadcast. About 32 thousand students have not participated in online learning. Disabled children, this category has had difficulties”, he said.
Disturbing, he said, is that there has been no adaptation of curriculums with online learning, where he said he has ever charged children with extra duties.
As for maintaining the destination and senior test, he said they decided yesterday that these tests would be held.
“E has been tested destination and seniority, has been a conclusion that it can continue with holding the test. Their suggestion is to proceed with the destination test. I offered to postpone you for a certain period, but they were to be kept at”, he said.
LVV Commission member Speedy Bulliqi said online teaching has found teachers unprepared.
The question of a large number of students not involved in education is something to worry about. Your schools are completely unprepared. You'll risk your children at school. It is good to look at this matter and commit to”, he said.
Sejdi Hoxha from the PDK has criticised access to disabled children.
The very fact that we have 32,000 students without access to online learning is disturbing. We've raised concerns even during the time of online learning. The government's failure is not paying the internet to households in social assistance. There was also a poor management for disabled children”,
