A person has been sentenced to 12 years in prison for criminal work “murder”, conducted in 2004.
The Constitutional Court in Ferizaj, the Randa Crime Department, has today sentenced to 12 years' removal of the defendant H.S., because he committed a murder criminal offence, while the same was acquitted of criminal offense serious murder by Article 147 paragraphs 6, 10 and 11 related to Article 23 of the Kosovo Penal Code.
The defendant is charged that on 21 October 2004, on”Astrit Bytyqi” Ferizaj killed St. N.
After the murder was carried out, the defendant has left, but at the scene, his wallet has been left with personal documents.
Against this bias, the parties have the right to complaint in the 15-day term from the day of acceptance of the written-shaped bias.
The complaint addresses the Court of Appeals in Pristina through the Ferizaj Foundation Court.
