Vetevendosje Movement official Blerim Sa God has reacted after the criticism that this party has cited an article in Serbia's Constitution during yesterday, where they submitted their complaint to the Constitutional over Avdullah Hoti's mandate for prime minister.
Saun, in a Facebook response, has denied that the Article of Serbia's Constitution has been used as an argument for them, but says they have said that the path the president and LDK are following is Serbia's practice and constitutional standards!
Full text:
On the claim of <x0patriots” that Vetevendosje! has used Serbia's Constitution in its request on the President's decree!
As can be seen in the request text, we have said the path the president and LDK are following are Serbia's constitutional practices and standards!
This is one of Our signs, not the way to which we are based. The way these follow is defined in the Constitution of Serbia, not in Kosovo.
Hence, these claims have simply been extracted from the context with low political intentions from ignorant people who deal with superficial constitutional interpretations.
