Vetevendosje Movement MP Arberie Nagavci has been declared for media following the Constitutional Court's decision to decree the president's mandate for the prime minister of Avdullah Hoti for forming the new government.

Nagavci has said that last night's judgment is political.

“As we've all followed in recent hours the Constitution has issued a verdict. This decision appears in a political decision, and following the constitutional violation by President”, she told him.

The VV MP has stressed that the decision is unacceptable, adding that the decision will be sent to the Venice Commission.

The VV's “is an unacceptable decision that undermines the Constitution as the highest judicial act, and completely loses the meaning of free elections. It is an unacceptable political decision and in terms of the highest judicial act”.

Regarding the steps the VV will take in the coming days, following this Nagavci decision has said it remains to be seen, but will be democratic.

“Citizens are unhappy and have expressed themselves in favour of free elections. After the test-freezing now remains to be seen what legal and political means will be to be close to citizens who show a desire for free elections”, she has said.

We're also sending this case to Venice Commission”, Nagavci said among other things.
