Vjosa Osmani shows whether she will be head of the Assembly if the new government is formed

The head of the Kosovo Assembly at today's meeting has addressed the 22 deputies' request for the formation of an investigative commission for the government's work around the Devid-19 pandemic. After the meeting of this commission, which lasted more than three hours, Chief Prime Minister Vjosa Osmani said they agreed to hold another meeting before holding the plenary session.
While Osmani has not declared whether he will continue to be head of the Kosovo Assembly, if the new government is formed, saying the actions he takes depend on the Constitutional Court's act
The first of the Kosovo Assembly said there was no consensus at this meeting for proceeding legislative initiatives, due to different positions on whether to address the government.
As for MP Eem Arifi, Osmani has indicated that he has requested an interpretation by the Parliament's Legal Office, and therefore the Assembly has nothing to do with this case.
In addition, Osmani said the CEC should act on the basis of criteria related to the certificates of MPs. According to her, the courts should keep in mind that for each MP with the bias for sentences, the Kosovo Parliament should be announced, rather than as she said expected a year.
