German Ambassador Christian Heldt has told Pacolli that relief for the visa liberalisation process is not visa liberalisation.
Held further has said why it should not facilitate the Belarusn process of visa liberalisation when it has been done for Kosovo since 2008.
Well, why shouldn't we for the sake of the people there do what we apply in Kosovo since independence in 2008? Visa relief is not visa liberalisation. Just to clarify what we're talking about”, Heldt said in his response to Pacolli.
