Vicar Ymer, Besnik Bislim: Minister is not true, the economic situation is worse than before pandemic

Former Vetevendosje Chairman Visar Ymer has continued with his relics loyal to Bisimi, the Minister of Finance and Transitions, who recently claimed that the number of unemployed in the country had dropped. In fact, he was manipulating by presenting figures of workers who were registered as workers only [...]

In fact, he was manipulating by presenting figures of workers who were registered as employees only to receive 170 euros in aid. But it seems that it did not make it to the minister of Vetevendosje.

The Visar Ymer was clear in his replica by clearly stating that the economic situation was worse now than before the pandemic something that all citizens can understand, with many of them left out of work, or with reduced salaries, writes Periscope.

The following is his full status:

Dear Besnik Bislimi, Minister of Finance and Transfers

I also thank you for your response to the bridge to health (even though when you say it that way with a lot of money, it's a little bit too much misunderstood).

Of course, you are very busy reading what I have said. That's why you've made a big mistake. So much so that he concludes that I would go into informality just to justify my three-year political deviation ?. When I welcomed the reduction of the informal economy. And I called it a good step. Perhaps you read it later and obey.

Manipulation is just this narrow technical point that you're applying to your explanation. I have a problem here. You see the economy only technically, like number science. I see it as social activity. To be correct V This is how he has seen the economy since he talks about the economy. And now it's VV's name that speaks of the economy through rigid and abstract numbers. The important thing is that numbers do little good that economic and social reality is much worse than you're willing to accept. This approach is clearly political deviation. Unfortunately, in this case not one man (as you accuse me) who, even if it is true, poses no major problem for the country but a whole and ruling party that is a big problem for the country.

So honored Minister: we have and will have big economic problems. I'm saying again: Not because of you, not the government you serve. But your arrogance of government in no way is a solution to these problems. We need to think seriously about the developmental model appropriate for Kosovo that would transform our economic structure. As long as you have no fault why things have gone so far, you are completely guilty that you are not focusing at all on the possibilities of comprehending such an economic model that would put public institutions in function of development and prosperity and equality. So you're getting enough of some mathematical manipulations that in the end don't say anything. No, Minister, it's not really lowered unemployment. If workers from the informal economy have lost their jobs as a result of the pandemic, they have worse jobs economically than they had before the pandemic. So they have less chance of buying. And that's how demand goes down. And so the economy wrinkles. These are signs.

Also: Emergency package says that registered workers when their employer cannot pay their income, the Emergency Pack provides them with a 170-euro monthly income (plut pension contributions deposited in the Savings Trust). Also: monthly assistance payment of 130 euros for social cases reported as unemployed (where a number of workers from the informal economy can be considered, who now no longer receive salaries from their employer). Also: Paying monthly assistance worth an hundred and thirty-thirty (U.S.) euros for citizens who lose their jobs due to the emergency public health situation. All of them have higher monthly incomes than the monthly assistance given to the Emergency Package. This does not mean that informality should be continued. But it must be taken into account that this decrease in income causes economic and social problems. The main discussion around the world today is the use of the Universal Basic Revenues for each citizen as the only possibility of long-term sanification of the economic and social problems that have caused neoliberalism, especially pandemic. Naturally, this move (with others) mainly supports the social and progressive political forces. And they're very opposed to those subsistors and neoliberals. Where are you, Minister? Where is the Kosovo government today?
