The touching account of the shepherd waiting for the Iftar and the eye for his sheep

Mumin Maldir, a shepherd in Turkey's Kirklarelli province who has been caring for livestock for more than half a century, spends days during the month of Ramadan making iftar and syphyr in the sophras that he prepares for himself in the pastures where he pastures.

Whether wine or winter, Maldir exercises the position of buyer for 53 years in the rural area near the town of Yskyp in Kirklarelli. Maldir, who lives alone, even during Ramadan, walks his sheep through the slopes, while he lays it in grass under the open sky after the cattle lay in the earrings.

Maldir cooks his food in the fire that fires by cutting stones as he begins eating food after he hears the axham esan from his radio.

After a brief pause after iftar, he ends his work milking sheep. In the barracks where he stands, Maldir has no access to electricity. Speaking of AA, Maldir says that both syphyr and iftar are in the rural area where sheep are preserved, while his greatest wish is to make an Iftar at a family table during the month of Ramadan.

Being a shepherd is no easy task. The shepherd has no business with food or sleep. The shepherd's labor is in his staff. Not everyone can be a weed. Since the age of 13, my life has been spent in the pasture and earrings”, Maldir points out.

He adds that there is great love for animals but that because of advancing age, it is difficult to do so.

“I make my syffyr with cheese, olives, tomatoes, and iftar with eggs and yogurt. However, these are the only things a shepherd eats. The shepherd does not have time to sit down all day and cook food. Whatever a shepherd has is in his bag; and a teapot, and water, and food for an Iftar, and an eyeful, all are in his bag. In Ramadan we have a small burden, but Allah is a facilitator of everything. Everything has its easy side, just to do the job by loving her. The shepherd has no hours. The shepherd once saturates the animal's womb, then his own”, Maldir says.

He says that everything is delicious and beautiful in nature. But it's delicious if you do your job by loving him. Even a piece of dried bread is delicious in iftar and eyeballs. However, I want to enjoy an Iftar as a family, but it didn't happen because I couldn't get married. This commodity will always stay inside me”, shepherd Mummin Maldir says about AA.
