The silence of nongovernmental organisations, and especially of the ombudsman, in the case of the death of 26-year-old Gnjilan, who was quarantined at the Student Centre, is very distressing. As they reacted to the moralization of the killing of wanderers, while petitioning was being arranged for the failure of construction around Badovci, they were surprisingly silent today. Even though a young man's life has been lost and should be sought for state responsibility.
