The chairman of Vushtrri, Xhafer Tahiri, has declared that the last patient from the Coronobrus has recovered in this municipality today.
Tahiri, among other things, has said Vushtrria has won the battle with Avid-19.
“We have successfully concluded in just 41 days our collective face with Coronavirus: balance 24 infected, 23 healed, hundreds of households and citizens in the esuppression, thousands of people left without jobs and many heavily damaged businesses. But in battle with this invisible enemy we've lost an underwater. Tonight I want to thank once again the health staff of the KKMF and the Sheikh Zayed Hospital, the heroes of this battle”, wrote Tahiri on Facebook.

The army has won the battle with Coronavirus, the last patient has recovered tonight.
I pray to the great God that we never again have any infected citizens, families and villages in quarantine.
From March 24, 2020, when we had our first case with Covis 19 to this day, May 5, 2020, when we have the last patient healed, we have successfully completed in just 41 days our collective encounter with Coronavirus: balance 24 infected, 23 healed, hundreds of families and citizens in vetoation, thousands of people without jobs and many seriously damaged businesses.
But in battle with this invisible enemy we've lost an underwater.
Tonight, I want to thank the KKMF healthcare staff and the Sheikh Zayed Hospital, the heroes of this battle. Then, the Kosovo Police, their professionalism has been crucial. Municipal inspectors who worked 24/7h, cleanup workers, market workers, ovens and drugs that served us when we were all closed.
I want to thank the Municipal Emergency Staff for the hard work 24 hours a week, 7 days a week, the Islamic Community, the Red Cross, the volunteers and donors who all the time in organising Emergency Staff helped people in need.
After all, I want to thank you dear citizens for high civic awareness, this has been a battle we won together.
BUT this may be a temporary victory if we are not attentive, so I invite you to follow the advice of the institutions of the Republic.
Now is the time for economic recovery.
I am grateful to you forever for winning this battle together.
Yours
#Gafer Tahiri
Today 87 people cured by Coronavirus in Kosovo have been confirmed, and only one has resulted positive from 220 tested samples. That is how the National Institute of Public Health has announced.
