MP The PDK, former Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri, has called for full investigation and responsibility by authorities responsible for the death of the youth from Gjilan in the student centre's quarantine. He wrote on his Facebook page that competent organs should develop comprehensive procedures so that all responsible officials can face justice.

Abelard Tahiri's full statement:

The loss of Agon Musliu's life, 26, from Gjilan, is severe and has shocked everyone. Deeper condolences for his family and loved ones who are facing great pain. Agon's death, at the Center of the Students, where he was being kept quarantined, under the supervision of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, marks the first victim of Kurti Government's irresponsability that the pandemic is managing with emergency measures and administrative acts in open opposition to legal principles of the State and constitutional order. This young man's death, being in the hands of the state, cannot and should not go away without placing responsibility for the decisionmakers and doers of these measures, ministers Arben Vitita and Jelal Sfecla. This tragic occasion must be suddenly and completely white. The competent organs must develop comprehensive procedures so that all responsible officials face justice. We already saw the first trends in vindication and evasion. Under any circumstances, though, this does not happen, nor will it.
