Through a post in his Facebook account, Pallaska ironled with the “government Kurti”, saying even the Venice Commission has been chosen.
The “E have “caped” and the Country Commission laughs at the outgoing prime minister's request to interfere with the work of Constitutional Court”, Pallaska wrote.
Today, the Venice Commission has responded to incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti in terms of an opinion request in relation to the president's competencies.
This requirement was submitted to the Venice Commission after the President's decree was published and prior to the decision to impose the provisional measure by the Constitutional Court.
After the Constitutional Court has ruled on the implementation of the provisional measure until May 29th, suspending the action of the President's Decree, and since the Court is handling the case, the Commission has estimated to respect the Constitutional Court's decision, since it has only acted.
We welcome the Commission's suggestion to respect and await the application review and decision of the Constitutional Court.
