Spanish citizens on Saturday have been able to approach their homes for training until the added cautiously begins opening after the impasse.
Parks and gardens are still closed in Madrid, and police tried to prevent people exercising in these areas, China reports.
Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez has presented a plan to ease restrictions, based on four phases, to restore the country to “a new normal” following the corruption explosion.
The process began Saturday and will have at least two weeks between each stage, as experts estimate there could be consequences.
Individual sports or outdoors are allowed in the initial phase, as well as the opening of several institutions.
Professional athletes are allowed to return to individual training, weeks after sporting events stopped in the hard-hit country by Coronavirus.
Sánchez said high performance sports events would be allowed to reopen into the second phase of the government plan, which could begin as early as May 11th, depending on the situation in each province.
