Starting flights means, among other things, that passengers must plan more time to get to the airport.
Passengers need to schedule more time to get to the airport in the future. In addition to wearing a mask, extensive control procedures are envisioned. The obligation to wear a mask at certain points, more permanent processes, and therefore slower control, but once for no medical checkup, these are some of the rules that the ADV Air Industry Association introduced in Berlin. The package of measures aims to avoid telling completely the risk of infection from COVID-19, if air traffic resumes from work, said association executive director Ralph Baysel.
Currently, there is no general obligation at German airports to wear a mask at airport terminals. So far, such an obligation exists only for airports in the banks of Bravaria, Baden-Vürtemberg, Nordran ʹWestfalia, Lower Saxony and Berlin and Bremen. At other land airports, travelers are just recommended. Now wearing masks will be mandatory in all Germany's airships.
More buses
The Society recommends that airports slow down the various processes at the airport, such as. in check sports or luggage checks so passengers can maintain minimum physical distance. Passenger waiting places in the airport hall are also expected to be limited and for their waiting lines to be organized in such a way as to maintain physical distance. The implementation of these measures is expected that airport infrastructure will mark a 20 per cent to 50 per cent drop in its capacities, meaning a half-way of the previous number of travelers.
No medical checkups
As for medical examinations of passengers before boarding and when the German airports are off planes, the thermal cameras or passenger temperature measurements are not adequate for identifying Corona carriers, according to experts. But if German authorities require the establishment of medical examinations, airports prefer to do so through questionnaires that must be met by passengers.
