He said this three-year delay could not be compensated in just three months.
Reka said they have found lobbie contracts with a French and American company and a local one and a contract over 23 months.
For these contracts, the ministry had paid over 170 thousand euros. By applying financial discipline, we saved 320 thousand euros a year.
