According to Ramush Haradinaj, what decision will be made

Alliance for the Future of Kosovo Chairman Ramush Haradinaj has voiced his confidence that the Constitutional Court will make a decision in favour of the decree for the election of the new government by the second party.

Haradinaj said this is not about denial of sight. He said he was given the opportunity to the first party, created the government, and was given the second time, but refused.

Haradinaj, further said the decision is made only by Constitutional judges, not by those who argue.

“Only judges can make decisions and interpret the Constitution, we can speak”, he said.

Chairman Haradinaj stressed that he sees as the real option granting constitutional legitimacy to the president's decree.

“I see as the real option giving the constitutional legitimacy of the decree, and moving ahead of other parties, after losing the opportunity to see in parliament. I believe the Constitutional Court will grant the decree” rights, Haradinaj stressed.
