The Kosovar Centre for the rehabilitation of Torture Survivors has reacted to the death of 26-year-old at the Students Centre, which has already returned to the quarantine centre, with the aim of preventing the Devid-19 pandemic.
” We consider that, institutional responsibility in preventing pandemic, at the same time, is the dual responsibility for ensuring the lives of quarantined ones beyond pandemic risks”.
” As an organization that monitors the rights of those deprived of freedom, which in the case of the person being deprived of freedom, QKRMT is publicly searching for all the links of responsible institutions that priorityly investigate the circumstances of this sad death to the detailed detail”.
QKRT has expressed condolences “famil and relatives of the victim, hoping to raise responsibility and institutional professionalism so that such cases do not repeat us”.
