Up to five years in prison for those who use hate languages on social networks

These insults and insults are happening for political reasons, which has caused “contamination” of public communication to happen, University Professor Milazim Krasniqi says of Online Economy.

This whole thing has turned into a derrick”, he said.

Among other things, Krasniqi asked the Court and Prosecutorship to be active, adding that they must be punished according to the Penal Code until five years in prison.

According to Krasniqi, this sentence will be the only way to stop this hatred, which, as he said, is promoted and prepaid, reports EO.

Under the US, people are prosecuted on the basis of threats, arrested before doing so on the basis of what they have declared. The prosecution should be absolutely active and the courts more efficient. People must be sentenced to accelerated procedure under the Penal Code until 5 years in prison”
