Presevo chairman casts doubt that 200 thousand euros of Kosovo euros are being misused in Bujanoc

Weeks ago the Kosovo government allocated 500 thousand euros to the three municipalities in the Presevo Valley. Exactly about Presevo, 200 thousand euros were earmarked for Bujancin 200 thousand, while for Medvedja 100,000 euros. These payments that were paid on April 27th by the Treasury Account at the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo through [...]
So stated the mayor of the Presevo municipality, Albania Arifi, in an interview with KosovaPress, where he also showed how he will use the help of the Government of Kosovo. While saying that 200 thousand euros would link his municipality's emergency package, he suggested it is being abused by the 200,000 euros dedicated to Bujanoc.
Arifi said the Presevo municipality has drawn an emergency package worth 750 thousand euros, where 500 thousand are municipality tools, while another 200 thousand of the Government of Kosovo, with which more than a thousand businesses operating in Presevo, will be assisted by farmers, pensioners such as the necessities.
Out of this package, he told Kosova Prees, that over 50% will benefit businesses that have been damaged by being closed for 6 weeks. Presevo has been the first municipality in Serbia to have closed cafes, and they have already been reopened as part of a plan to restore normality in this Albanian municipality.
The Presevo “communal has taken a further step as one of the only municipalities in the whole Republic of Serbia, and we have been the first to take stricter measures since we were the first municipality in all of Serbia that we have closed the cafes but not only that, but we have also been the first municipality to recoup the means in terms of businesses. We've created an emergency package that we distribute to different companies in the coming weeks, distributes to pensioners who have been closed 24 hours, distributes it to farmers, the poor who have all been damaged by this situation. ...in this direction we have re-assigned 550,000 euros of our means, here in this package we put even the 200 thousand euros that the Government of Kosovo has allocated to the Presevo municipality, and they also make a total of 750 thousand euros per cent of these 750 thousand euros go directly to small businesses in the Presevo municipality, which have been shut down for six weeks which are severely damaged, which has been reduced to <x1).
Presevo's chairman described as welcome tools dedicated by the Kosovo government, however, raised doubts that they are not being used for the purpose for which they are at least divided into the Bujanoc municipality in which, besides national elections there will be local elections.
Arifi said that in this municipality, 200 thousand euros of the Government of Kosovo are being used for electoral campaign, while pledging that such a thing has no chance of happening in the municipality he leads.
There's a situation a little different in Bujanoc municipality, there's a campaign there this year. The Buyanoc municipality, with the decision of their National Council, is being allocated to them for 200 thousand euros, according to the distribution that will be used for the campaign and the media is funded, financed by the National Council, financed with hotries with those money d.m. it doesn't make any sense that money that has passed na Bujanoc to be distributed in that form. We in Cusse those tools in combination with our tools seriously distribute those who have been damaged and jeopardised their existence”, Arifi said.
The shell is crossing the pandemic with zero infected, despite more than 1700 people in self-isotation or quarantine. Asked whether Albanians have been tested sufficiently by Serbian authorities, Arifi said all people with symptoms have been tested and resulted negative.
Arifi, however, is the fact that in his municipality there were no infected persons attributed to his discipline to citizens who have been careful respecting the medical experts' recommendations as well.
“We have passed this state of extraordinary zero-infected state, thanks to the discipline that citizens in Presevo Valley have shown, in effect, in Presevo Town. It has been outstanding discipline because we have also had extraordinary measures. We've had every day between 6:00 and 0500 hours of police and also the weekend has been a total police hour. Citizens over 65 days have not been able to move. So in this direction we've had a good time with the high discipline of citizens and we've gone through zero-zero-x1>, he said.
Already in Serbia, there is no more state of emergency and therefore no police hours, and Presevo as are all other countries in the region and in Europe trying to return to normality with well-planned plans, not risking a second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.
