Kosovo Central Bank Governor Fehmi Mehmedi has said the Fund for guaranteeing loans should be increased by the government with an emergency fund of 300m euros.
According to him, the government must continue with subsidisation of salaries and dogs.
He has also talked about delaying loans from 16 April to 16 June, saying there will be no punitive interest, there will be no reform of the survey, but there will be regular interest that will not be paid immediately but minimum in the next six months.
