A police officer shot dead in California, army puts him in a state of alert

In another case, a 19-year-old protestor was shot dead last night in Detroit. Police were not involved in this incident.
Soldiers in North Carolina and New York have been ordered to be able to act within four hours and soldiers in Colorado and Kansas within 24 hours.
Violent protests in various parts of the United States erupted after African George Floyd died in police hands.
