The pending Velipoja of Kosovars, these are the details about prices

As the peak of the beach season approaches service operators are still unclear on the prosperity of the season this year.

The tourism ministry in co-operation with that of Health has distributed hygiene protocols for preventing COVID-19, while accommodation facilities have not yet begun implementing them.

While saying that the zone's tourist operators had taken all necessary measures in line with the security protocol under the situation from COVID-19, Mark also highlighted the priorities of Velipoja's beach in the conditions we are in.

Velipo has some advantages compared to some other beaches, since nature has forgiven him and humans have made good use of nature. Asked about the prices to be applied this year even from what is published in some media for abusive figures, he said that such a thing would not happen in Velipoj, in which prices will not only not only increase, but initiated by the economic situation because of the virus is being discussed with other operators to ensure a more acceptable price.

The most important clients for Velipoja remain Kosovo citizen, who, he said, are looking forward to opening the borders

“Kosovars are the oxygen that gives value to tourism in Velipoj, they are very interested, we told them there will be no price increases, and once the borders are opened we will wait as guests as always”, he said.
