The outgoing government for two months committed two constitutional violations!
The first violation of the constitution was when the government made a decision to restrict citizens' movements, bypassing the Kosovo Assembly.
Shortly after that verdict, President Thaci sent this decision to the Constitutional Court, the Constitutional Court Act, confirmed that this government ruling is contrary to the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.
The second constitutional violation in record time occurred when outgoing Minister Arben Vitita made scandalous action next time and made a decision to restrict the movement of citizens, thus violating citizens' freedoms and rights. This Nonlegal Decision The PDK sent him to the Constitutional Court, and the Court confirmed that this verdict is unconstitutional.
The Vetevendosje movement, to come to power, has deceived citizens that it is a party guaranteeing rule of law, while for two months power swept its true face by twice violating the highest judicial act of our state, the Constitution.
The passing of legal powers constitutes a criminal offense. Therefore, for these proven legal violations, we call on the state prosecution to take legal steps against this violators of the country's constitution.
