My original statement is this: I was the first time afraid to land in Pristina by my institutions. That was the exact statement.”, he said.
In addition, Pacolli has spoken of threats with possible arrest in the event he fails to adhere to the government's quarantine rules.

Pacolli said he couldn't get to Svetchla because he stayed out of the country.
