Osmani: Veting is prerequisite for functioning of judicial system

Parliament Speaker Vjosa Osmani has hosted Sweden's ambassador to the Republic of Kosovo, Karin Hernmarck Ahline, today. She has thanked Ambassador Hernmark Ahliny for the ongoing support of the Swedish state for Kosovo, cutting off Sweden's commitment to providing assistance along the pandemic COVID-19.
The central theme of this meeting was the process of profiling in the judicial system. Osmani argued that rule of law is the essential precondition for the actual functioning of the state. In this context, Mrs. Osmani highlighted the importance of functional reviewing the judicial system, which would include the property process.
Furthermore, she stressed that in the quality of the Speaker of the Parliament, in co-operation with local and international partners, she would support any initiative regarding property in justice.
Other issues that concern the functioning of the Kosovo Assembly were discussed at this meeting, as well as the political current in the country.
