Murati: Call for disrespect of Constitutional decision, is called for anarchy

The chairman of the Movement for the Union and former Minister of Diaspore and Strategic Investments, Valon Murati, says the call for disrespect for the Constitutional Court's decision is called for anarchy.

Murati through a Facebook post said that until one case has gone to the Constitutional Court, then it will necessarily be satisfied and disappointed.

The Constitution on Thursday gave the right to President Hashim Thaci's decree to mandate Avdullah Hoti of the LDK for prime minister.

And so it is all over the world and throughout the history of the decisions of constitutional and supreme courts in the democratic world. But what distinguishes a democratic country from a totalitarian and autocratic country is the respect of the court's decision, especially those supremes or constitutionals, even when the parties are dissatisfied with it.
