The proposal for the return of seven political ambassadors from diplomatic missions was largely publicised, but this process has been blocked.
The Foreign Ministry, led by Glauk Konjufca, says President Hashim Thaci is deliberately hindering the return of ambassadors with an expired mandate, KOHA reports.
Television has also sent questions to the President's Office to take their stand, but there is no answer.
Thus, the presidency government can have another confrontation at the Constitutional Court.
That is because the MPJD warns it will send the president to Constitutional unless he decrees the return of ambassadors.
But, in advance, the MPJDs say they will send another reminder letter for their decree.
The Pristina Institute for Political Studies estimates that this process is being used for political battles, not for respect of law.
On March 3rd, the Foreign Ministry has announced that they have been nominated to leave diplomatic missions to political ambassadors that have completed their four-year mandate, including Kosovo Ambassador to the US Vlora Citaku.
