Montenegro opens borders from June 1st

In line with the proper assessment, Montenegro will open its borders with countries meeting the criteria of the Public Health Institute in the early days of June, Prime Minister Dusko Markovic announced today. At a media conference, Markovic said that the criteria of the Institute for Public Health for the opening of borders are [...]
At a media conference, Markovic said the Institute for Public Health criteria for border opening are at least 25 patients in proportion to 100,000 people.
The first “countries with which borders will be opened are Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Albania, Greece, and possibly several other regional countries,” said Markovic without specifying whether it comes to Kosovo as well.
When asked by journalists about opening the borders, Markovic said it was a matter of confidence.
“We will open borders for countries that have similar epidemiological status. We're not gonna ask for any special evidence. Everyone will receive clear instructions as to what awaits them in the country, and what regulations should be respected. And I believe that this is enough right now to prevent the import of the virus in Montenegro”, Markovic said.
In Montenegro, 324 people have been sick with coronary since the beginning of the epidemic, 315 have recovered, and 9 patients have died.
Otherwise, Montenegro is the first country in Europe without active cases of choreography.
