Drenas Mayor Ramiz Ladrovci, in a writing on the social network, has noted the violations of the Constitution, calling not to be violated because the Constitution is not rubber.
Ladrovci has also stressed that “threats to arrest the people's elected should be addressed with as much concern. The silence of the chief speaker against threats from the executive is disturbing, just as the Government's unprecedented address to the Constitutional Court”.
Full delivery, Laddrovci:
The division of powers is inconsistent, some are zooming out, and some are silent about the competencies they have with the Constitutions.
Respecting the Constitution is non-negotiable, even for executive power, Government. Its decisions must be within constitutional duties and obligations.
The flagrant violation of human rights, pre-represented and sanctioned by the Constitutions, has no reasoning. Even worse when the government's violation follows the Ministry of Health, which absolves the National Public Health Institute.
Constitutional violation is also the violation of the principle of free economy, because monopoly has been created regarding telecommunications services.
It is to regret the arrogance of ignorance against constitutional standards by this Government.
Threats for arresting the people's elected must be dealt with as much concern. The general speaker's silence against threats from executives is disturbing, just as the Government's unprecedented address to the Constitutional Court.
Good people, the Constitution is not rubber!
