The incumbent Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, through a post on his official website on the social Facebook network, has reacted to the group's communique “Garda Albanian Volunteer”, who have said they have information that certain VV groups are in protest organisation in Pristina expected to be held on 29th this month.
He has called it a threat to him, but to the Constitutional Court. Until he says the old regime knows there's no hope for it.
This is Kurt's full post:
Threat to me by the so-called “Albanian Volunteer”, in fact, is not against me. This is a threat to the Constitutional Court, in particular to the President of the Court, Mrs. Arta Rama-Hajrizi and the Rapporteur of the KO 72/20 case, Mr. Nizem Raj. There is no other explanation.
Old regime knows there's no hope for it. After they have forgotten how much weather the people had abandoned, the people remind them daily that they too have massly abandoned them.
They are the scared ones who want to intimidate the Constitutional Court and not alone. They're also trying to scare Quinn's ambassadors with destabilisation if the captain of PRONTO, president of the Republic, loses the chance.
The President's decree is not constitutional administration. The Constitution cannot speak of. He must respect the Constitution and cannot write it.
We are carefully following developments as we await the Constitutional Court Act. The unilateral questions reportedly made by the Constitutional Court at the Venice Forum hope that they are false news. Meanwhile, 3800 pages of writing of the Constitution, lost for 2014 and alive, have now had the expiration deadline as the old regime of October 6, 2019!
In the upcoming elections, we will deepen the gap as no other subject is seen in post-war Kosovo.
