Kosovo's incumbent Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, declared for Kosovo Press, that easing the movement is not related to the possibility of protests this week, following the Constitutional Court's decision on the mandate decree, as it adds that the right to protest belongs only to citizens.
Kurti's political opponents, the release of the measures, linked it to the possibility that the Vetevendosje Movement organises protests, as the Constitutional Court is expected these days to make the decision on the decree of President Thaci's mandate, and according to them will be in favour of the latter.
However, this ease of measures, incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti, speaking of Kosova Prees, attributes good management to his government.
