It has already been more than three weeks since the Constitutional Court made its decision to suspend Kosovo President Hashim Thaci's decree to nominated the Democratic League of Kosovo for prime minister, Avdullah Hotin.
All this situation created after Prime Minister Kurti's collapse of the government through a no-confidence motion by over 81 votes, until and now about two months the same continues to be in office, writes news.net.
And for forming the new government without going to elections, the LDK has pledged to have numbers, in a coalition with the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo and the Social Democrat Initiative. But to see if such a thing is in order legally, the Constitutional Court's verdict on the president's decree for Avdullah Hoti must be expected.
This decree has been sent for interpretation at the Constitutional Court by the Vetevendosje Movement, while all subjects involved in the process have sent their arguments to the tribunal.
Since all subjects have nominally pledged to respect the Constitutional decision, their language and political actions imply that the same will only be respected if in their favour.
Kosovo's incumbent Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, has vowed to respect the Constitutional Court's decision, has conditioned that the same should be the interpretation of the constitution.
“We will respect the Constitutional Court's bias, as it is the interpretation of the Constitution”, Kurti said February to the media yesterday during his visit to Dubrava.
