According to Sami Uka, the health minister's adviser, the 14-day isolation for those who enter Kosovo, could continue even after the opening of the borders, depending on the situation and the possibilities created, KTV reports.
“The opening of land borders and ANPs is planned right after the third phase depending on the assessment of the epidemiological situation. This, along with possible quarantine, will naturally be done based on the best practices of the countries ahead of us in this process, the epidemiology situation, as well as our options”, Uka said.

Z. Infrastructure Minister Avni Zogiani has said they still have no information on when regular flights can be realised, but will act on the recommendations of the IKSHPK and the Health Ministry.
Zogiani has added that the start of air travel depends on the situation created in other countries, and that flights to and from the most affected states by COVID-19 may continue to be suspended.
From the Ministry of Internal Affairs over the phone, they have said that opening land borders can be done only when the Ministry of Health and the National Public Health Institute is envisioned.
Shpend Nuhiu, chief of the minister's cabinet, has said February that they are working on implementing a plan, how it will be done after the opening of borders.
