The Constitutional Court will bring down the decree for Prime Minister Hashim Thaci, but will pave the way for his plan to make a new government, part of which will not be the Vetevendosje Movement, the political subject that won the elections. A source in the Constitution has told “Koha Ditore” on Thursday that the decree, by which the head of state has appointed Avdullah Hoti of the Democratic League mandate, will be declared unconstitutional, since it has been issued without the definition of LVV for the candidate for prime minister.
But, the A justifiably means that, after the motion against the government, the country must go to early elections. Similarly, it will foresee the possibility of making a government, without the winning election party.
Under this source, the Constitution will set “a 15-day deadline, within which the party the president addresses at the request to grant the mandate, should propose the candidate's name for prime minister, or should formally relinquish the right.
