Kosovars from the beginning of June will likely leave for Ulcinj to spend their holidays without being tested for coronary.
The chairman of the Kosovo Road Transport Association, Ruzhdi Kurtisaj, has suggested this.
He, through a Facebook post, has indicated that he has talked with Montenegrin Tourism Minister, and that it is working from a distance for Ulcinj and Montenegro to be destinations for Kosovo vacationers, with the decline in the number of cases with COVID-19.

Tonight we had a nice conversation with Mr. The Minister of Tourism in Montenegro, and we are working from the dynaca, hoping that Ulcinj and Montenegro will soon be Free Corona Destination and we pray that Kosovo will reduce the number of infected people with Ovid 19 and from the beginning of the laugh Kosovo citizens will be able to travel to Ulcinj without doing Sars Cov 2 tests to spend summer holidays there.
