Has there been interference in documents for presidential decree

The Constitutional Court has tracked down documents called “Prepared Preparations” for writing the Constitution, which aims to guide it with the case of reviewing the presidential decree for the government's mandate. But Chief Prime Minister Vjosa Osmani has removed responsibility for the authenticity of these documents. This, since they have never been published in the Official Journal or any other official source. Osmani has sent the letter to Constitutional Court Chairman Arta Rama-Hajriz on Monday, and other members, where doubts about the authenticity of these documents are raised. reports KOHA.
“The Assembly cannot verify the authenticity of these documents nor if there ever was interference in them; The Assembly cannot verify who possessed these documents before they were sent to the archives in Kosovo, as well as whether during these years there has been interference in them”, writes among other things in Osman's letter, which has been able to provide KOHA.
She has added that the Kosovo Assembly has never had these documents until May 14, 2020, when a copy was given by the State Archive Agency. Osman has mentioned the fact that they have never been published in the Official Journal or other official sources.
According to what the chief speaker has said, the Parliament has acted only as a facilitator of communication between the Kosovo Archive and the Constitutional Court.
KOHA has asked the Constitutional Court whether to consider these documents after questioning their authenticity by the Speaker of the Parliament. But their answer is missing.
