A new case of the COVID-19 virus in Pristina has been marked the following week. This was a few days later when there were no new cases of coronary infection in the capital. The last case was marked Sunday night. Pristina Health Director Bujar Gashi has indicated in a direct link to Gazette Express that 20 people have been tested today. Gashi has indicated that if quarantine measure can be returned to Pristina

Gashi has indicated that more than 60 people have been tested Sunday, from which only one case has resulted positive.

We've had over 60 people tested and it turns out to have only one positive case. Yesterday we were expecting larger numbers because of numerous contacts that were on the occasion of the day before when three of them turned out to be positive”, Gashi indicated.

Gashi stressed that 20 people today will be tested who allegedly had contact with persons who have been confirmed by Corleone in recent days in Pristina.

“Today in the tent of the Main Centre of Family Medicine have tested over 20 people, this list will certainly be added to people who are tested in the Infective Clinic and in the quarantine of the Student Centre”, Gashi said in a direct connection to the Journal Express.

Gashi also cited the large exit of citizens over the past few days, where he added that they are in co-ordination even with the central level to see whether citizens are respecting the measures and whether it is necessary for Pristina to be isolated again.

And we've had a greater movement of citizens, both on foot and on March, and on cars, from last Monday we've had a larger influx of citizens who some have observed the recommendations, but there have been cases that we've seen running without protection measures”

Our call and prayer has been that, especially from Monday, they respect the measures, they have protective measures, because the fight with COVID-19 is actual and it is not over yet. We are in daily co-ordination, even with the central level and Pristina Community Staff, and currently depending on the development of the situation, measures can also be taken, as indicated by Pristina's Deputy Chairman of the Assembly”, Gashi has said.
