Haradinaj has said no one should act against decisions of the Constitution.
“Yes. We accept any decision. I think so. Depends if they like it. We may like it too, but you can't act against the decisions of Constitutional Court”, he said at KTV.
However, according to Haradinaj, who has signed agreements with the LDK for co-government, it would be a threat to Kosovo's democracy if the decree was declared unconstitutional.
It's a danger to democracy if we create a standard that if the first one creates governments because there's a majority, and then we have to go to the elections, it's a luxury of democracy. Our new democracy doesn't have this luxury. We find it difficult as Kosovo to accept such standards as whether the AAK has won the elections and for one reason is unable to create parliamentary majority, or são, is a problem of the only solution being elections”, he has said further.
