Haradinaj condemns EU silence against Borrel's statements of changing borders

AAK Chairman Ramush Haradinaj has reacted to European diplomacy chief Josep Borrell's statements about allowing territorial exchange as part of a Kosovo-Serbia final agreement.

He in a Twitter post has written that the inaccuracy and the biased position of the chief of European diplomacy regarding the idea of changing borders is harmful to peace and the region.

“The curiosity and tolerance of the EU capitals for flexibility of the idea of changing borders in the Balkans from Borrell leads to confusion and uncertainty. Never will there be a final agreement between Kosovo and Serbia without a principle framework”, Haradinaj wrote.

Otherwise, EU high representative Josep Borrell has said in an interview with media journalists from the Western Balkan region, that the EU supports such a thing if Kosovo and Serbia agree on that.
