The AAKA has called for the implementation of the Dukagjini Highway project, which the Ministry of Infrastructure has cancelled under LDK's direction during the Kurti Government.
Gashi says this project, even though she has sought her partner, is not a priority and has been suspended because of the state created by the pandemic.
“Large infrastructure projects are not the first priority of this government. The priorities of this government will be the fight of Ovidius 19 confronting and economic recovery. The major projects will be viewed with the possibility of external financing. It will remain pending until we know how the economy will go. We're harmonised with partners for economic recovery”, Gashi said.
Although the Constitutional Court has suspended the decree on terming the prime minister, until it comes out with an act of justice, Gashi says the new government's voting hearing will be called once the Constitutional decision is issued,
“As the decision comes out, it will activate the request for extraordinary session”, he said.
