What contains the file of the mandate to which authenticity is rejected

Among the only institutions that had asked for more clarity in the process of forming the Government during preparation works for drafting the Constitution has been the International Civilian Office (ZCN), which has not existed for eight years.

Further clarification has been requested as to the point that “... proposes the candidate for prime minister after consultation...”. It is about the president that “proposes the candidate after consultation” with the winning party or coalition, as is currently in the Constitution.
