What Kosovo police wrote in a media communiqué, was known by all, since the first photos of Vetevendosje militants appeared, so it was known that participants have respected distance and were scattered peacefully.
Periscop has sent questions to the Kosovo Police, to know if all these people had the same ID number, as seen by the ministry of Health's binding rules in times of pandemic whose offense is fined.
“Disrespecting the specific measures in this decision is considered, under the law, as administrative offence and fined 1,000 euros to 2,000 Euro fines for physics persons and between 3,000 Euro euros and 8,000 euros for legal persons, while the person responsible is sentenced to 500 Euro fines of 1,500 euros”, the health minister himself stated. The ongoing Periscope will make e-mails, to see if the police response has arrived, so that citizens will be informed of the truth of the event being considered a violation of equality at this time of pandemic.
