EU prohibits Thaci's Kosovo flag because Spain of Borrell

All state leaders who will participate, including President Hashim Thaci, in this summit that will be realised through a video conference, will be presented solely by name and name without office and without the name of the state writes REL in the Serbian language, broadcast newspaper Express.

This has been confirmed by European officials involved in organising the EU summit for the Western Balkans, to be held tomorrow, May 6th, in the Croatian capital.

According to REL sources in Brussels, such a decision has been seen necessary to ensure that all those invited will participate and respect the EU's neutral position on Kosovo's status.

Such a decision not to display any national or state symbols comes precisely because of Spain's participation in Sam, which has consistently rejected Kosovo's equal participation in high-level meetings.

As he said of REL a senior EU official to hold the summit must respect the rules set due to the situation's sensitivity.

He has also said they have received confirmation of all participants in the region that in the video-conference presentation they will use a uniform background after symbols that would make the conference difficult.

As the REL writes, Spain in this country will participate as it develops through a video conference and since there will be neither arms nor family photos.

The Republic of Kosovo will be represented by President Hashim Thaci tomorrow in Sam.
