That only means one thing. Self - determination is neither left nor progressive nor liberal. It's a party that captures what can only for the vote of principle. To keep its homophobe members under its umbrella - for their own sake, Vetevendosje and Kurti rejected a tradition that had been initiated by governments that were not even expected to apply.

The LGBBTQI+ community cannot be denied or desecrated. This community is an essential part of our society, and as such, it has the right to force all of us, including the government in office, to treat with dignity and their demands, even the symbolic ones like the flag distribution in the government object, to meet without conditions in order to contribute to the emancipation of society and to fight the homphobis and the terrible prejudices that come to this community.
